what is treatment of LBW baby ?
less than 2- first class modern neonatal care less than 2.5- intensive care units
what are components of kangaroo mother?
skin to skin positioning, adequate breast feeding, ambulatory care, support for caring.
what are intensive care comprises of?
incubatory care, feeding, prevention of infection
what are leading causes of LBW death?
atelectasis, malformation, pulmonary haemorrhage, intracranial bleeding, pneumonia.
what are different newborn care services?
newborn care corner, newborn stabilization unit, special newborn care unit.
