A

Measured by trend in DBP and pulse pressure
DBP is the pressure in the arteries during diastole and informs afterload (increasing afterload > upward trend in DBP, downward trend > decr afterload)
Elevated DBP indicated v/d and lower DBP indicated v/d
Pulse Pressure (narrowed suggests v/c)
