Which type of drugs can induce acute angle closure glaucome
A
Anticholinergics, which cause mydriasisis of the eye which moves the peripheral iris forward. This results in occlusion of aqueous humor outflow tract.

Treatment of acute angle closure glaucome
A
Immediate treatment! Oral acetazolamide, topical timolol, and pilocarpine. Laser iridotomy can be perforemd once the patient is asymptomatic to prevent further occurrence.

What disease are these characteristic of?
A
These are roth spots (retinal hemorrhages with pale white centers) classically seen in IE, but also diabetic retinopathy and leukemia.
