liquid oil to solied fats and added hydrogenated to make that happen

what is unsaturated fats and what are the two kinds
ITS GOOD FAT
polyunsaturated fat: helps with 2 of 9 essential acids
monounsaturated fat: could cause risk of heart disease.
what does vitamin help in the body
- keeps body’s tissue healthy and working
- protects for illnesses that could harm the body
what kinds of vitamins that our body needs (hint: COLOURS)

minerals become apart of the body (teeth and bones)

chem that takes cholesterol from liver to its needed in the body
