organisms that can produce its own food using light,water,carbon dioxide or other chemicals
what is heterotrophic nutrition?
organisms that obtain ready made food or organisms that depend on other sources
what is a balanced diet?
A balanced diet must contain carbohydrates, lipids(fats), protein, vitamins, minerals, water, and roughage in the correct proportions

what is the function of water?
dissolves chemicals in cells so that they can react, dissolves substances so that they can be transported around the body, dissolves waste substances so that they can be excreted from the body
what is the function of fiber?
aids in peristalsis and prevents constipation
