What is Protein?
The secondary source of energy for the body found mostly in meats, fish, nuts, dairy and whole grains. Protein is important for building body cells.
What are Fats?
Fats are an additional source of energy for the body and give foods taste and texture.
What is cholesterol???
A type of liquid that is carried in out blood streams

What are vitamins???
Vitamins are groups of micronutrients that the body makes some of. Found in veggies, meats, and egg yolks >__<
What are minerals???
Inorganic compounds from the environment. Essential, but not made in the body.\
What is sodium?
A mineral that regulates blood pressure and fluid volume found in foods like eggs and cheese. Too much sodium=high blood pressure and could cause heart disease or stroke.
