A

Most yoghurts are high in sugar and very unhealthy. However, Greek yoghurt is generally sugar free.

You can usually tell the amount of sugar in the Yoghurt by how sweet it is.

If Greek yoghurt isn’t doing it for you, try with fruit mixed in to add sweetness without all the processed sugar.
