Foods that are missing one or more of the essential amino acids

A
Meat, eggs, dairy products. Contain all eight essential amino acids, so are complete sources of protein.

A
Grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. Have at least one of the essential amino acids missing or in limited amounts. They are incomplete sources of protein
