Saturated fat is found in meat sources such as sausages or beef, non saturated fat is found in plant sources like avocados and olive oil.

What is the difference between dispensable amino acids and indispensable?
Dispensable are produced in the body and don’t have to rely on food to get them.
Indispensable cannot be made in the body so must be provided by the diet.

When 2 low biological value protein foods are eaten in the same meal e.g. Beans on toast.

Needed to make haemoglobin in red blood cells.
