When an account has not been logged into for 30 days or when 3 consecutive failed login attempts occur. (Account can be reactivated by using ‘Reset you password’ link lender account can be re-activated through Admin-> Users).
What is the maximum number of applicants/borrowers that can use the “full application”?
2 borrowers.
How many days of loan data are generated by the “Export report” link (button in upper-right on Pipeline screen)?
32 days of loans.
How many days of loans are generated by the “Export archived loan report” link (button in upper-right on Pipeline screen)?
120 days of loans.
How long is the borrower activation link active if SSN is entered in application? How long is it active if SSN is not entered?
7 days if borrower’s SSN was entered in application. 30 days if SSN was not entered.
If borrower stops short of submitting application or doesn’t complete a process, how long until they receive an email reminder?
24 hours after application session ends.
If borrower does not complete follow-up requests, what is the schedule of email reminders they will receive?
Email reminder sent once every 48 hours for a total of 3 times. (This reminders can be cancelled in the Follow-ups tab by turning off notifications).
What is the schedule for archiving and purging loans?
An untouched loan will be archived after 120 days and then purged after 2 weeks (on start of 15th day).
If a loan is intentionally archived, it remains in archive for 120 days and is then purged.
If loan is deleted, it is permanently removed.
NOTE: To unarchive loan, search for the loan with loan number, borrower’s name, UUID, or email address in the search bar located in the top of Pipeline and open the loan. Click “Unarchive loan” button.)
What is the maximum frequency (minutes) that an asset can be refreshed
Once per 60 mins.
What is the window (days) from the time borrower connects asset (i.e. bank) account until account is locked and borrower has to give re-consent?
14 days.
How many days of transaction history are contained on the Generated Asset Statement (GAS)?
60 days of transactions from the moment the borrower logs into their account through Blend.
What is the maximum size of follow-up/ad-hoc image uploads allowed from a borrower?
100 MB.
