Intentional, unreasonable interference with P’s ability to use or enjoy the property (the interference must be unreasonable, not D)

A
Must be offensive, inconvenient, or annoying to an average person in the comunity (no hypersensitivity); Balance P’s ablity to live enjoyably with D’s abliity to use the land how he wants (injury v. utility)
