- 300mg asprin
- Discuss with stroke team
- Carotid Doppler
- ECG - look for AF
- Need to be seen within 24 hour of symptoms.
- Those already on anticoagulants must have CT to rule out haemmorage.
- Discharge with worsening advice.

- Cranial nerves
- Upper and lower PNS
- Cerebellum
