What is fussion?

A

Nuclear fussion is a process in which Two atomic nucleous convine together to make a heavier one, and it releases a Lot of energy

For this to happen the nucleous must be combined with a small space and they need to colide at extremely high temperatures (around 10 million celcius degrees)

A

They are the heart of a nuclear power plant
Their Main job is to control nuclear fission
Nuclear power plants are one of the largest sources of reliable carbon free electricity available

How nuclear reactors work?

A

Reactors use uranium like a fuel. It is processed into pieces and joined in metal tubes called fuel rods. More than 200 of these form a fuel asembly.
