NSU Rx:
1st line, 2nd line, recurrent
Abstinence advice?

A

1st line doxy 1w, abstain til complete

Alternative:
extended azithro (1g, 500 od for 2d) BUT MUST ABSTAIN FOR 14d in case exposed to MGen
Or Oflox 200mg BD for 1w

Recurrent, depends on what had already. If had doxy, give EXT azitrho plus met for 5d. If had EXT azithro, give Moxiflox 400mg od for 10d PLUS metro
