Naproxen (1g daily) and ibuprofen (1.2g daily or less)
What NSAID has the highest risk of GI events?
Piroxicam, ketoprofen, ketorolac trometamol
What NSAID has an intermediate risk of GI events?
Indometacin, Diclofenac, naproxen
What NSAID has the lowest risk of GI events?
Ibuprofen, COX-2.
