To ponder or to reflect on life. To think about purpose. Asking yourself big questions
Atheism
People who do not believe in God or the miracles. They believe people made things up to the and get answer to the big questions in life
Theism
A person who has faith in a religion or God. They can be monotheistic or polytheistic.
Secularism
Secularists believe that public life should be carried out without religion
Materialism
Materialists believe that only things that can be seen smelled or touched are real and they do not believe in the afterlife or spiritual world
Individualism
Individualists value the importance of a person and feel that people are more important than any religion or social group
Agnosticism
Agnostics believe that we cannot truly know whether God is real as there is not enough evidence. They believe that there isn’t enough proof to say that he does or doesn’t exist
Theory of evolution
The theory that we started as a tiny organisms and have overtime adapted to our surroundings and evolved into the humans we are today
The big bang theory
The theory that there was a cosmic explosion which formed atoms which lead to the formation of stars and galaxies
The book of genesis
The theory that God created the earth in 7 days. This story is to show the power of God and is not factual.
