Swordfish Pibil

A

Pibil sauce ( achiote, chipotle purée, orange juice, onions, garlic)

Banana lead is layered with onions, swordfish filet, orange slices, and pineapple. Topped with Pibil auxe and roasted in oven. Garnished with plantain chips and served with Coconut rice.
