Palpate external
A
Symmetrical, kapantay sa balat ang kulay, wala naman pong flaring and discharges.

use Nasal Speculum (interior)
A
Wala naman pong bleeding or swelling. Moist naman din po and pink. Which is normal.

Palpate external nose (Masakit po ba?)
A
No tenderness, masses and displacement of bone and cartilage.

Palpate maxillary and frontal sinuses
