- Skin (moist areas - toes, groin, etc)
- Respiratory Tract (nose)
- Digestive Tract (Mouth and Colon)

How do they protect us
A
- Microbes that live harmlessly within our bodies do not cause any diseases.
- It prevents diseases and traps pathogens before it enters the body
- Secretes materials that may present growth of pathogen
