Norepinephrine (Levophed) indications
Hypotension in the absence of hypovolemia

Norepinephrine (Levophed) dose for post cardiac arrest hypotension (fluid resistant)
0.1 - 0.5 mcg/ kg/ min IV/ IO infusion titration to effect (usual 7-35 mcg/ kg/ min)
Norepinephrine (Levophed) dose for septic shock
0.1 - 0.5 mcg/ kg/ min IV/ IO infusion, titration to effect. Doses up to 3 mcg/ kg/ min may be necessary to correct hypotension.
Norepinephrine (Levophed) pediatric dose for hypotension/ shock
0.05 - 0.1 mcg/ kg/ min infusion titration to effect. (Usual max dose 2 mcg/ kg/ min)
