Pain related to exertion and self resolves in under 15 minutes.
Consider ACS if >15 minutes and doesn’t resolve with normal treatment.

Features of pleuritic chest pain:

Stabbing
Often one sides
Worse on inhalation
Associated with a productive cough
Infection signs i.e. fever
