• One reason is because they don’t believe in God. This means that if there is nothing non-material, then there is no Heaven to go to after death.
• A second reason is because most beliefs about life after death assume that the mind or soul can survive without the body. This is proven wrong by science as science says that the mind can’t exist without the brain.

• One reason is because they believe that Christianity is the one true religion. This means that to them, other religions and holy books don’t matter.
• A second reason is because the disciples knew whether or not the resurrection had happened. This means that they wouldn’t have risked their lives for a lie.
