How are injuries to FDP and FDS distinguished?
A
FDS causes weakness of flexion at the PIP joint
FDP causes weakness of flexion at the DIP joint

How are injuries to flexor carpi ulnaris and radialis distinguished?
A
Ulnaris aDducts (ulnar deviation) the hand
Radialis aBducts (radial deviation) the hand

How does a median nerve injury at the wrist present?
A
sensation- lateral 3.5 digits volar aspect and the thenar eminence
Motor- FPB, Abductor PB, opponens policis and 1st/2nd lumbricals

How does an ulnar nerve injury at the wrist present?
A
sensation- Medial 1.5 digits volar aspect, hypothenar eminence
Motor- weakness of adduction of fingers, flexion of wrist and thumb movements
