Assist clients with menu planning and nutritional education.

Use their hand and a series of strokes and kneading techniques to bring oxygen and nutrients to tissues throughout the body.

Group cohesion

Planning for a session you will need to consider

Warm up
A series of excersizes usually involving some stretching, it shows hold last from 5-15 minutes
Purposes;
-gradually increases body and muscle temperature
-increased blood and oxygen supply
-increased flexibility generally or in specific muscle groups
-increased proprioception
Cool down
The same as a warm up except hit goes for 5-10 minutes.
Purposes;
-return heart rate, breathing and blood pressure to normal
-restoration of range of motion and flexibility
-removal of waste products from muscle tissue

Are factors that may disrupt or influence the running of the session;

What are non-instructional sessions
Non instructional sessions maximise the clients participation through providing minimal instruction.
The focus is of a session is not to teach specific skills but to maximise participation and active involvement of participants.
Session evaluation
An instructor should seek and acknowledge feedback from participants and other staff. This will allow an instructor to judge if the session was successful and identify improvements or changes for future sessions.
Equipment
Equipment refers to all physical resources required to successfully run a session.
This may also include safety equipment.
