WARNING
ENG 1 (2, 3 or 4) MGT HI
During start:
1. Pull engine FIRE handle
Not during start:
1. Immediately reduce PLA to flight idle
WARNING
NAC 1 (2, 3 or 4) BLD AIR LEAK NOT ISOL
- Reduce power lever to FLT IDLE
WARNING
NAC 1 (2, 3 or 4) DUCT AIR HOT
- Reduce power lever towards FLT IDLE
WARNING
NAC 1 (2, 3 or 4) DUCT OVERPRESS
- Reduce power lever towards FLT IDLE
CAUTION
BSTR SUCT PMP PRESS LO
- ENGINE PUMPS (BOOST 3 and 4) switches - OFF
CAUTION
BSTR SYS PRESS LOSS
- ENGINE PUMPS (BOOST 3 and 4) swiches - OFF
CAUTION
ENG 1 (2, 3 or 4) MGT HI
On the ground:
1. Place ENGINE START switch to STOP
In flight:
1. Immediately reduce PLA to flight idle.
CAUTION
ENG 1 (2, 3 or 4) VIB HI
On the ground:
1. Place ENGINE START switch to STOP
in flight:
Reduce power to see if the ACAWS message if removed. If ACAWS remains:
1. Pull engine FIRE handle
In flight (in icing conditions):
Change power on the affected engine. Exit icing conditions if feasible. If message does not clear after one additional propeller de-icing cycle, reduce power.
If ACAWS message remains after power reduction:
1. Pull engine FIRE handle
CAUTION
HYD PMP 1 (2, 3 or 4) PRESS LO
- ENGINE PUMPS (1 and 2 / 3 and 4) - OFF
CAUTION
NAC 1 (2, 3 or 4) BLD AIR LEAK ISOL
Retard the power lever to FLT IDLE and monitor the engine for any abnormal indications
CAUTION
UTIL SUCT PMP PRESS LO
- ENGINE PUMPS (UTIL 1 and 2) switches - OFF
CAUTION
UTIL SYS PRESS LOSS
- ENGINE PUMPS (UTIL 1 and 2) switches - OFF
FOUR ENGINE FLAMEOUT
- Adjust pitch attitude for airspeed control - NG must be 15 to 28%
- All power levers - FLT IDLE
- Fuel X FEED switches - Closed
- No. 2 and No. 3 ENGINE START switches - STOP, START, RUN
- No. 1 and No. 4 ENGINE START switches - STOP, START, RUN
WING FIRE
- All X FEED valve switches - Closed
- HYDRAULIC ENGINE PUMPS and SUCTION BOOST PUMPS switches for the affected wing - OFF
- Isolation and nacelle shutoff valves for engines on that wing - Closed
- Sideslip the aircraft to keep the fire away from the fuselage
- Land the aircraft as soon as possible
