A

A

1,000 mg APAP + 800 mg ibuprofen / 8 hrs

Benadryl x4 (does little in severe case, but still give)

Epinephrine (Blue to sky. Orange to Thigh)

A

8 mg Dexamethasone THEN 4 mg/6 hr during evacuation

Rx: Heart Attack

A

CHEW 325 mg ASA (4 baby tablets)

IF Systolic BP ↑100 + NO Rx erectile dysfunction → Wait 5 min → IF Pain>0 + Rx → give 1 dose Nitroglycerin
Three dose max
