Injury to ligaments or joint capsule. Must have supportive history.
PROM - painful
AROM - painful
Provocative tests - painful

What are findings of tests for facet syndrome of lumbar spine?
A
Provocative tests: Incr lumbar lordosis- painful Decr lumbar lordosis - relieves pain Kemp's test - local pain, maybe sclerotogenous pain Neurologic tests - negative

What is facet syndrome?
A
Posterior joint dysfunction characterized by irritation of the facet joints. May have sclerotogenous pain into groin, hip, buttock and leg

What would a SI strain consist of?
A
Strain of supportive musculature. Supportive history must be present. Will find oain on aROM (Gillets test) and other tests will be negative. Adjustments should be pain free!
