Drink up

A

Dehydration can look like; mistaking hungry for thirst, sleepiness, fatigue, confusions, unable to concentrate.

When your hydrated your metabolism is at its max. Naturally think more clearly, know when you are thirsty and energized.

Eat Empowered

A

Eating nutrient rich foods based on your blood type, how your body reacts to food you are eating. Trying new food and vitamins.

Live Consciously

A

Learnings what parts of of our lives we cannot control - people(reactions, choices etc., and environment(traffic, toxins, etc.).

Learning what we can control - ourselves, our personal spaces(home offices, car, etc.) Our reactions/choices. our body, routine etc.

Libido(sex drive)
More sex can reduce stress and weight loss.
Oxytocin(Love hormone) is released during an origamis, cuddling, or intimate touch.

Nurture Yourself

A

When you give yourself time and care - the impact shows emotionally and physically. When you commit to yourself you are able to commit in other areas of your life. The will and the want is there because your taken care of.

Sleep Deep

A

Having more energy allows you to do the things you need and want to do.

Loosing 30 mins of sleep can impact weight gain. Sleep deprivation leads to hunger, grogginess and moodiness. You are not able to focus and you are not clear minded. 7-8 hours of sleep is needed. Winding down time should take you to about 9-10hours total.

Stress Less

A

Increase stress (Cortisol hormone) can cause craving(carbs) which turns the carbohydrates into high sugar - which store fat around the mid section. (which means if your not eating more.. what you are eating can still turn to fat. Stress increase appetite. Must take the time to destress throughout the day. meditations, breathing techniques and excusing yourself. `
