A

Diff sources are saying diff things….. but this source says:

Give a D10w bolus
Adjust dextrose or rate of IVF
Check BG again in 30 min
and then check BG q1 hour until there are two that are above 50 in a row
And keep checking BG every 3 to 6 hours until baby is 24 hours old
