What are rule changes instituted for the 2024 season?

A

Puck over glass penalty is reviewable. The defensive team cannot make a line change after its goalie dislodges the net. Following an icing, offensive centers can receive a warning for a faceoff violation just like defensive players. Players sitting with there feet over the boards will first receive a warning before being assessed a unsportsmanlike conduct bench minor upon subsequent violations.
