What does cross-team refinement mean? What’s a cross refinement board?

A

When people from all the scrum teams come together to identify, minimize and/or remove any cross-team dependencies between the PBIs.
Helps the scrum teams forecast which teams will deliver which PBIs
*A cross-refinement board is a visualization of the cross dependencies between and within teams
