How do we regulate newborns’ temperatures when they’re born?
A
- Dry them off and give hats(Babies lose heat through their head)
- Skin to skin
- “Heat lamp” if needed

A
Stroke the check and they should turn to said cheek

- First poop and usually very hard to remove
- Black and tarrty
