3 pcs per order.
Egg mixture consists of boiled egg yolks, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, house pickles, salt, Cajun spice and pickle juice.
Garnished with cayenne pepper, chives and extra virgin olive oil.

Question 2

House Pickles ($4): (Gluten Free) (contains white vinegar, not good for celiac disease)

Can choose dill or habanero. Can NOT do half and half.
Approximately 8-10 slices per order.
Pickled for a minimum of 7 days in our homemade brine.
Homemade Brine: Distilled vinegar, apple cider vinegar, water, salt, sugar, pickling spice, black peppercorns, whole bay leaf (Addition of habanero powder for the hot pickles)

Elk Jerky ($6):

3-4 pieces of shaved elk steak.
Marinade – soy sauce, honey, garlic, and black pepper.
Dehydrated for 4-6 hours.
