- add freight-in (inventory)
- add installation charges (to put into working condition)

- possible addition of construction period interests

Fixed asset_investment property (IFRS only)
property under finance lease to earn rentals or for capital appreciations = investment property
- what to include? -> purchase cost + direct expense to purchase (Legal services, professional fees, property transfer taxes)
- capitalize -> costs to subsequently added to the property

expense -> day-to-day servicing, repairs and maintenance
