SHAKE, Strained over ice in old fashion glass
Garnish: orange wheel down side of glass THEN 1oz red wine float on top
(Hold bar spoon over the surface of the cocktail face down, pour
red wine onto it slowly so the wine creates a top red layer)

3/4oz pineapple juice 1/2oz lemon juice 1/2oz ginger syrup 1 sprig of sage 1 1/2oz Evan williams 3/4oz French (DRY) Vermouth dolin SHAKE, Double strain into Collins glass full of ice Garnish: 2 straws and a sage leaf
The Ultimate
Reposado Tequila, Lillet Blanc, fresh lime, grapefruit grenadine topped with sparkling wine, rosemary
1/2oz lime juice
1/2oz grenadine
1oz Lillet blanc
1/2oz Cazadores tequila
SHAKE, strain into champagne flute (or white wine glass)
Garnish: topped with 2oz Prosecco, small rosemary sprig

Elderflower Liqueur, Crisp White wine, orange bitters, topped with soda, lemon zest
10 drops orange bitters
1oz Elderflower liqueur
1oz Pinot Grigio
STIR, Strain over ice in old fashion glass
Garnish: berries, top with soda and lemon twist
Kiwi Tom
Gin, fresh lime, fresh kiwi, vanilla syrup, topped with in house lime basil soda
2-3 slices kiwi
1oz lime juice
Quick Muddle
3/4oz simple syrup
2oz Beefeater Gin
SHAKE hard, double strain over ice in Collins glass
Garnish: top with soda, 2 straws and a kiwi slice

Elderflower liqueur, fresh lime, fresh cucumber, mocha bitters, vanilla syrup, egg white, lavender rinse

10 drops orange bitters 1/2 lime juice 1/2 pineapple juice 1/2 orange coconut syrup 1oz reposado tequila 1/2 coconut rum 1/2 Aperol SHAKE, strain into coupe glass Garnish: orange zest (disk)

Coconut Rum, fresh pineapple & lime, vanilla syrup, absinthe bitters, fresh ground cloves
10 drops absinthe bitters (or 5 drops Absinthe) 1 1/2oz pineapple juice 1/2oz lime juice 1/2 simple syrup 1 1/2oz Malibu coconut rum SHAKE, strain into Martini glass Garnish: ground clove
French Mojito
*built in old fashion glass* 3 lime wedges 10-12 mint leaves Muddle (without breaking mint!) Fill with ice 1 1/2oz ketel one vodka 1/2oz Chambord STIR, top with soda, rose water spray over the drink, garnish with mint sprig
