Bourbon Whiskey, fresh lemon, maple syrup, red wine float, orange

1oz lemon juice
3/4oz maple clove syrup
2oz Evan willams
SHAKE, Strained over ice in old fashion glass
Garnish: orange wheel down side of glass THEN 1oz red wine float on top

(Hold bar spoon over the surface of the cocktail face down, pour
red wine onto it slowly so the wine creates a top red layer)

Add all to tin
Bring to table- tin, martini glass with rosemary sprig and 1/8oz chartreuse poured over, lighter, tongs 
Light chartreuse, shake drink, double strain contents of tin over flame
Use tongs to take the rosemary out of the drink

Place one bar spoon of fresh pineapple chunks, ¼ bar spoon of cinnamon and 1oz of flor de Cana in wine glass, set aside
1/2oz pineapple juice
1/2oz lemon juice
1/2oz pomegranate juice
Few thyme sprigs
10 drops mocha bitters
1/2oz Galliano
1/2oz st germain

Shake and strain into rocks glass with ice.
In the wine glass light the rum, let burn for about a 1 minutes, and pour over drink, give the drink a stir so the rum doesn’t remain on top. Be careful the wine glass will be very hot!
