- will production times be cut
2.what lead time do customers expect
3.is a time investment for staff training needed
who is the product for
1.has the target market been researched
2.will it influence the way people approach tasks

- how much will the customer willing to pay
2.wil the new technologies improve value and maximise
the material used
- are the material sustainable
- have the material been tested to meet needs
define critical evaluation
a process that identifies the positives and negatives from a range of areas to assess sustainability of concepts.

this balancing behaviours with moral principles when carrying out an activity
state some of the possible negative and positive found through considerations of the contemporary and potential future scenarios
- medical advances
- natural disasters
3.global warming - communication

Define AI
AI is the use of computer system to perform task that required human intelligence. These have proven to be popular as they can handle material that were once stated to be harmful for humans. They increased job opportunities for highly skilled individuals
however, they are expensive to source and lead to unemployment due to automation. job redundancy.
Define the demographic movement
The movement of people, moving abroad to work.
This could cause lack of workers for the country people are moving from causing labour shortages. As well as the moving could be caused by automation leading to job redundancy. However, a gain for the countries people are moving to as they are gaining worker.
work force skill set
the skills of people who work in an organisation.
skills need to be up to date especially for the medium and highly skilled people as they have to keep up with the changes and advancements in technology.
What are some of the way that have evolved to support emerging technologies
- privately owned business- businesses owned by a non-governmental organisation or person.
- crowdfunding-
- Government funding- government backing through start up loans where government provide financial support for a business to set up.
- not for profit- when an individual doesn’t cash out his gains but reinvests.
Impacts on sustainability
- Transport cost- monitor fuel consumption and think of smarter way to package. E.G self built products.
- Pollution- Type of energy used may contribute to global warming. E.G. water contamination, noise pollution, spill could occur especially if the company transport oil.
- demand for natural resources- since fossil fuels are increasing becoming finite and will eventually run out. therefore, companies have to consider moving to more renewable sources of energy.
- non finite resources
- waste generated- reuse, reduce, recycle, repair.
impact on the environment
- pollution is a factor negative for the environment.
- However, waste disposal, how we dispose our waste highlight how much we care for the environment, therefore, companies should make way o ensure products are reusable and recycled at the end of their life cycle.
- Material separation- companies should indicate on the product in what bin to dispose.
- transport of good around the world- companies should monitor their supply chain to ensure less pollution is connected to the product they are supplying.
- packaging of good- Packaging should be efficient so that multiple good are transported per each goal reducing fuel consumption.
Impact on society and culture
- remote working- working from home or cafe having flexible hours. however, less interaction with co-workers.
- changes to working hours- due to internet access, people can work from home allowing them to have a social life with families and friends.
- use of video conference meeting- due to covid, many companies were in a large culture of vide conference meetings. This allowed communication with individuals in far countries to be efficient as well as this forced a greater improvement in audio and video quality.
- IOT- Due internet issues reliability may be problem but internet of things is defined as a network device that connected via the internet.
- social segregation- isolation of an ethnic group.
