- Frequent or very painful
- Excluded treatable causes

A

Toxic in OD (convulsion, arrhythmias)

Blindness, tinnitus
- CI: optic neuritis, tinnitus

QT prolongation
- Caution: conduction abnormalities, risk factors (hypoK)
- MHRA: reminder dose dependent
