Due to corticospinal lesion at level of diencephalon where LEs are in extension and UEs are in flexion
Dysprosody
Impairment in rhythm and inflection of speech
Emotional lability
Unable to control emotions, outburts of laughing or crying inconsistent with situation. Due to R hemisphere infarct.
Homonymous hemianopsia
Loss of R or L half of field of vision in both eyes
Ideational apraxia
Inability to formulate an initial motor plan and sequence tasks
Ideomotor apraxia
Able to plan movement or task but unable to perform
Neologism
Substitution within a word that makes word unrecognizable
