A
Hot environment - demyelinating disease
Strobe lighting - seizure
Bending over/coughing/sneezing and headache due to raised ICP

List some other relevant things to note when taking history.
A
Ability to perform daily activities = indicator of severity
Immunological triggers e.g. viral infection and MS
History of trauma
- head injury = SDH
- back injury = foot drop due to disc prolapse affecting L5 nerve root
