  • 6 or more cafe-au-lait spot >5mm before puberty, >15mm after puberty
  • More than one neurofibroma
  • Axilarry freckles
  • Optic glioma -> visual impairment
  • One Lisch nodule, a hamartoma of iris
  • Bony lesion from sphenoid dysplasia
  • First degree relative of NF 1
