A
proximal weakness which improves with repetition, and associated with malignancy

A
palsy of oculomotor nerve - looking ‘down and out’

describe fourth nerve palsy?
A
paralysis of trochlear nerve - controls superior oblique muscle - eye points ‘upwards and inwards’ - tilts head to compensate

A
paralysis of abducens nerve - controls lateral rectus - medially deviated at rest and diplopia worsens when patient looks horizontally away from midline
