A

a succession of tonic-clonic seizures without regaining consciousness between attacks.

5 or more minutes OR repetitive seizure activity without regaining consciousness

A

Benzodiazepine

  • IV lorazepam
  • Buccal midazolam
  • Rectal diazepam
