A
Progressive impairment of multiple domains of cognitive function leading to loss of acquired skills and interference in occupational and social roles

Define Parkinson’s
A
A clinical syndrome of bradykinesia + atleast one of:
- Rigidity
- Tremors
- Postural Instability
Caused by progressive loss of dopaminergic neurons in the Substantia Nigra
