Loss of purposeful hand skills, loss of acquired spoken language, dyspraxia/gait anomalies, stereotypic hand movements (hand wringing/squeezing clapping/tapping, mouthing, washing/rubbing automatisms), ?postnatal deceleration of growth

Exclusionary criteria Rett Syndrome

Answer 2

Brain injury secondary to trauma, neurometabolic disease, severe infection + grossly abnormal psychomotor development in first six months of life
