A
Device used for routing packets across network. It acts as a gateway to network and usually has one Lan and one WAN port. It includes a Dynamic host configuration , NAT - network access transit. by assigning IP addresses to any computers connected to it , it can forward packet to destination. Routers may also have a firewall.
