Ipconfig
Displays the IP configuration info for network adapters
ifconfig
Used for Linux and Mac OS to display installed network devices configuration settings
Ping
Sends a request/reply packet to the remote host. A response from the host indicates both hosts are configured correctly and a connection exists between them.
Tracert
Tests connectivity between devices and shows the path between two devices.
Nslookup
Looks up the IP address of the specified host name.
Looks up info from DNS servers
Netstat
Network Statistics
Display the current IP related statistics.
