What is the offside rule?

A

The offside rule is where you must stay within certain areas depending on your position e.g. GD. Penalty would be a free pass to the opposing team.

What is the footwork rule?

A

The rule is that you must keep your feet where they are and you cannot move with the ball. You are allowed to pivot. Penalty would be a free pass to the opposing team.

A

A

Feint dodge - Running in one direction then abruptly changing and signalling to catch the defender off guard.
Sprint dodge - When someone sprints back to receive the ball.
