How do NSAIDS cause kidney damage?

A

Inhibition of prostaglandin production
Prostaglandins help to vasodilate
Lack of prostaglandins = nothing to counter vasoconstrictive signals from the body in renal blood flow
Constriction of renal arterioles lead to ischaemic damage and tubular necrosis
