AKI symptoms and signs
A
Oliguria (<0.5ml/kg/hour)
Fluid overload
Increased K+ (may result in arrhythmias), urea (may results in pericarditis) and creatinine

AKI diagnostic factors
A
rise in serum creatinine of > 26micromol/l (or <50% rise in last 7 days)
urine output <0.5ml/kg/hour for at least 6 hours
