Thrombose (AVK si SN, GEM). Adapter poso. Sd Urémique allopurinol). Respect capital veineux et planification ttt de suppléance. IU recherche et ttt précoce, Vaccination VHB et autres. Nephroprotection (IEC : proteinurie <6g/j). Anémie (supplementation martiale syst± EPO : obj Hg:11/12). Phosphocalcique (RHD+supplémentation vitaminocalcique(1.2g/j)±chelateur phosphore). Iono (régime HypoK± kayexalate). Dénutrition. Eq acido-basique : acidose (correction par bicarbonate de Na).
